Loose Teeth

Dental Bridge

The patient had loose lower front teeth due to poor bone support and oral hygiene and needed a quick solution for an upcoming trip abroad. The problem was caused as Periodontitis and Malalignment. To address this, we performed an extraction and placed a Maryland Bridge, which is a dental bridge that preserves as much natural tooth structure as possible while replacing the missing teeth, providing the patient with a timely and effective solution.

Enamel Hypoplasia

The patient had enamel hypoplasia, a condition where the enamel is underdeveloped due to issues during tooth formation. To address this, we provided dental veneers treatment, which was expertly performed by Restorative Dentist Dr. Akanksha Sachadeva, ensuring a successful solution for the patient’s condition.

Missing Teeth and Deep Bite

Braces and Dental Bridge

The patient’s problem was missing congenital lateral incisors and a deep bite. To address this issue, we provided orthodontic treatment combined with E-Max Bridges, which are dental bridges using a strong ceramic material called lithium disilicate to replace missing teeth. These bridges closely resemble natural teeth in color and translucency. E-Max bridges are known for their durability and resistance to damage, offering a long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing solution for the patient’s specific needs.

Generalized Periodontitis

The patient had Generalized Periodontitis due to issues like Malalignment, Deep Bite, and Poor Oral Hygiene. To address these concerns, we performed All-on-6 implant treatment for both the upper and lower jaw, providing an effective solution.

Gum Infection

The patient had Generalized Periodontitis, a severe gum infection caused by bacteria buildup on teeth and gums. Over time, it led to damage to bones and teeth. We performed a full mouth rehabilitation using 12 implants and provided the patient with an implant-supported denture. Our team of expert oral implantologists and prosthodontists handled the treatment.

The patient came in with a broken, shaky tooth after being hit on the face while playing soccer. The tooth had a deep crack and couldn’t be saved. We removed the damaged tooth and gave an immediate replacement using a Maryland Bridge so the patient didn’t have to stay without a tooth. At the same time, we did a bone-strengthening procedure to get the area ready for a future implant.

Gaps Between Teeth

The patient had big gaps between the teeth, which were becoming loose because of tongue pressure and gum issues. If not treated, this could have led to early tooth loss and an unattractive smile. The problem happened due to extra space in the jaws and the habit of pushing the tongue against the teeth. Invisalign aligners were used to close the gaps and stabilize the teeth avoiding the need for extractions or implants.

The patient had trouble chewing because the lower jaw was smaller and the upper front teeth were too forward. If not treated, this could have caused jaw joint problems, tooth loss, and gum issues. The problem was mainly genetic, linked to uneven jaw growth during childhood. Treatment involved braces along with jaw surgery, which improved both chewing and facial appearance.

Crowded Teeth and Crossbite

The patient had crowded teeth and a crossbite, where a lower tooth overlapped the upper one, making cleaning very difficult. If left untreated, it could have led to cavities, gum disease, and even tooth loss over time. This problem happened because there wasn’t enough space in the jaws for all the teeth to fit properly. Invisalign aligners were used to fix the crowding and crossbite resulting in a healthier and better smile.

The patient had an open bite with crowded teeth and a mild crossbite, which made chewing difficult. If not treated, it could have led to bite issues, jaw joint problems, gum disease, and even tooth loss. The condition was linked to jaw growth issues or habits like thumb sucking or tongue thrusting. With Damon braces, the teeth were aligned, the bite was corrected, and chewing improved.

Severe Deep Bite

The patient had a severe deep bite and crowded teeth, where the upper teeth covered the lower ones too much. If untreated, it could have caused tooth wear, gum problems, and even tooth loss over time. This happened due to jaw size mismatch and lack of space for proper tooth alignment. The patient was treated with braces and mini-implants (without surgery), which improved the bite by about 50%.
